Kathy Long is the founder and CEO of NixIt AI, Inc., based in Broomfield, Colorado. NixIt is an AI executive function coach for neurodivergent adults and their families, delivered over text. NixIt Coach is the practice management platform for the coaches and practitioners who serve them.

A second-time founder with 30 years in SaaS and revenue operations leadership across Engine, TeamSnap, and Farmshare, she started NixIt AI with her husband, Rich Long, after their own family aged out of every system that was supposed to catch them.

NixIt is AITC certified and grew its beta community on zero marketing spend. Kathy is an alum of the 2Gether-International accelerator, where she won her cohort's pitch competition. A neurodivergent parent of four, she writes about building an AI-native company, using AI for disability tech, and the working realities of neurodivergent life.
